ADSB is an interdisciplinary firm that specializes in the inspection, maintenance and operation of water management projects. As the founder and principal engineer, Barton uses his 20+ years of experience in civil engineering to provide assistance to landowners, businesses and municipalities in the development of compliance solutions for the safe operation of dams and management of floodplains.  He has worked on river systems from California to Pennsylvania. His project experience includes dam safety inspections, dam removal, river and wetland restoration, floodplain management and agricultural drainage. He has completed watershed-scale, geomorphic assessments for forest road removal projects, FERC relicensing projects and dam removal projects.
